If during your subscription you receive a bad lead or are unhappy in anyway, based on our replacement policy detailed below, a replacement lead will be given on a 1:1 ratio or, if you chose, you will be given a prorated refund. As in many business arrangements, situations arise that may not be easily defined and questions will be certain. A live representative is available during business hours for customer service. What we consider a bad lead:
Leads with a telephone number that is disconnected, out of service, or incorrect.
• Duplicates outside the agreed upon ratio
A lead that is fraudulent or found to be bogus has no means of contact.
A lead that does not meet the defined criteria.
